Todd Field’s “Tar,” the director’s first film in over 15 years, started production in Berlin on 08.24.21. The goal was a 4-6 week shoot. Four months later, it’s still shooting. What gives? Sources are saying it will now continue production until December 12th. A 5-month shoot for a non-blockbuster is truly rare in the industry. I hope everything is going smoothly.
