How big is this ensemble?
Joseph Kosinski's "Miami Vice '85" has added yet another solid actor to its cast. Is this the last one? Cameras roll in November.
André Holland has joined the cast of "Miami Vice '85." Details on his character are being kept under wraps. In my world, he'll always be Dr. Algernon Edwards, the brilliant turn-of-the-century New York surgeon on Steven Soderbergh's "The Knick." On the big screen, he was memorable in Barry Jenkins' "Moonlight" and Ava DuVernay's "Selma." He also reteamed with Soderbergh on "High Flying Bird" and starred in Rebecca Hall's "Passing."
Holland joins a "Miami Vice '85" cast that already includes Michael B. Jordan, Austin Butler, John Leguizamo, Alden Ehrenreich, Walton Goggins, Andrew Schulz, Danny Ramirez, Whitney Peak, Camila Morrone and Edi Gathegi.
