Michael B. Jordan Wants to Make ‘Creed IV’ With Jonathan Majors

March 14, 2025 Jordan Ruimy

The rehabilitation phase of Jonathan Majors’ career is upon us. His much-delayed “Magazine Dreams” is finally coming out, in 2000+ theaters, on March 21 and he’s now aiming for an actual comeback in Hollywood.

A THR interview with Majors is turning some heads. In it, Majors’ “Creed III” director and co-star Michael B. Jordan says he would like to work with Majors again. “I would love to make Creed IV together — among other projects.”

Can Jordan realistically greenlight another ‘Creed’ movie with Majors. That’s the real question. Jordan has enough power in the industry to potentially make it happen, but it’s a risky casting pitch to Amazon/MGM.

Jordan who recently told GQ magazine that he was impressed by Majors’ “resilience” throughout his ordeal with the law, said it was a “tough situation” to watch unfold, but that “yes,” if the opportunity ever came to pass, he would absolutely work again with Majors.

“He’s doing great, just got engaged,” Jordan added of Majors. “I’m proud of his resilience and his strength through it all, and [his] handling [of] it. I’m glad he’s good. That’s my boy.”

THR also speaks to Matthew McConaughey, who co-starred with Majors in the 2018’s “White Boy Rick,” and the actors tells the outlet , “I’ve known and know him as someone who is continuously striving to improve as a human, a man and an actor. I believe in him.”

Majors’ once-promising career was derailed after having been convicted of reckless assault and harassment in December. He was sentenced to a 52-week, in-person domestic violence intervention program in April. The case, which had been extensively reported on, for many months, involved an altercation Majors had with his girlfriend in March of 2023.

Majors was supposed to reprise his role as Kang in the next ‘Avengers’ flick but was fired from the role in February after being found guilty. As it stands, his last screen credit was for 2022’s Disney+ series “Loki,” in which he reprised his role as Kang the Conqueror. His next project is supposed to be Martin Villeneuve’s sci-fi movie, “Merciless.”
