Razzie Nominations: Bruce Willis Has His Own Category This Year After Starring in 8 Movies

February 7, 2022 Jordan Ruimy

You can scroll through the entirety of this year’s Razzie nominations. The “Worst Picture” lineup is composed of “Diana the Musical,” “Infinite,” Karen,” “Space Jam: A New Legacy,” and “The Woman in the Window.”

More peculiarly, I divert your attention to the “Worst Supporting Actor” category, which actually features two great performances: Jared Leto in “House of Gucci,” and Ben Affleck in “The Last Duel.” I’m not sure what the Razzie voting body was thinking by nominating Affleck’s excellent performance, but, as mentioned prior, Leto was a cinch to get nominated for his bizarro performance (which might also, and deserves to, get an Oscar nod).

Back to Willis, One look at his IMDb page, and the work he's done in the past couple of years, it's all straight-to-video. From 2013 on, Bruce Willis’ career has been tanking. He’s all, but tapped out his acting integrity these last few years and decided to keep himself working by signing on to paycheck-driven roles.

This is the result.

WORST PERFORMANCE by Bruce Willis in a 2021 movie

Bruce Willis, “American Siege”
Bruce Willis, “Apex”
Bruce Willis, “Cosmic Sin”
Bruce Willis, “Deadlock”
Bruce Willis, “Fortress”
Bruce Willis, “Midnight in the Switchgrass”
Bruce Willis, “Out of Death”
Bruce Willis, “Survive the Game”
