Netflix Reveals Trailer For Breaking Bad Sequel ‘El Camino'

August 24, 2019 Jordan Ruimy

The upcoming “Breaking Bad” movie will be titled “El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie” and released on October 11th.

Earlier this week I wrote:

“A few months back we were one of the first sites to report that Vince Gilligan was going to shoot the “Breaking Bad” movie in New Mexico. We had later confirmed, through Revenge of the Fans, that the cast would include several key “Breaking Bad” players, such as Jonathan Banks (Mike), Jesse Plemons (Todd), Charles Baker (Skinny Pete), Matt Jones (Badger), Robert Forster (Ed, aka The Disappearer), Tess Harper (Mrs. Pinkman), Kevin Rankin (Kenny) and, yes, Bryan Cranston as Walter White.”

Official Synopsis:

“The Netflix Television Event EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE reunites fans with Jesse Pinkman (Emmy-winner Aaron Paul). In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future. This gripping thriller is written and directed by Vince Gilligan, the creator of Breaking Bad. The movie is produced by Mark Johnson, Melissa Bernstein, Charles Newirth, Diane Mercer and Aaron Paul, in association with Sony Pictures Television.]”

@Netflix has the upcoming "Breaking Bad" movie listed as EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE. Also, it does look like the plot will be picking up right after Jesse sped towards 'something better' in the Breaking Bad finale. pic.twitter.com/Hx9u9PCxIL
