Yesterday, Deadline’s Mike Fleming published his “exclusive” story involving Neon’s “The Life of Chuck” acquisition. A few minutes later, Variety’s Rebecca Rubin published her own Chuck/Neon story and also marked it as an “exclusive.”

“Deadpool & Wolverine” is one of the biggest films of the year, having already earned over $1.3B worldwide, but Disney isn’t fully satisfied with the receipts. They now want Oscars.
