‘Ink’: Danny Boyle’s Rupert Murdoch Biopic Starts Electric, Then Loses Steam [Review]

The film is at its best when it’s simply being loud and messy — which isn’t enough of the time. And it’s fitting that a movie about The Sun should feel exactly that way.

Sylvester Stallone on ‘Creed 2': “The Rocky universe is gone"

November 17, 2018 Jordan Ruimy
Sylvester-Stallone-In-Rocky-II-and-Creed.jpg

“The irony is, as my life evolves, I find new things in the Rocky character,” the 72-year-old said when the Sun visited the set of Creed II this past spring. “In the last one, he faced death and his own mortality. In this one, he’s finally completely alone. The only thing he has left is this young man. So he’s now part of the Creed universe. The Rocky universe is gone. It’s left in the graveyard.”

'Creed II' Trailer: Adonis is Back, but not Ryan Coogler

September 26, 2018 Jordan Ruimy
creed-2-poster-slice-600x200.jpg

MGM and Warner Bros. have given us a new sneak peat ag what is in store for us this fall with "Creed 2." The anticipated sequel to 2015's reinvention of the boxing movie, which was also a sequel/spinoff of the Rocky franchise, will have Michael B. Jordan back as Adonis Creed, this time facing off against the son of Ivan Drago. Don't worry Rocky IV fans, Dolph Lundgren will be back as Drago in this film. Ryan Coogler will not be returning to the director's chair (a major red flag), instead we get Steven Caple Jr. ("The Land"), an unknown, so let's be open-minded, since the screenplay will be written by Sylvester Stallone. Stallone will also reprise his role as Rocky Balboa.

"Creed 2" opens in theaters on November 21st.
