Confirmed: Mia Goth Joins Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’

February 14, 2025 Jordan Ruimy

UPDATE: Mia Goth’s casting has been made official (via Variety). Nolan has assembled a stacked cast for his upcoming epic. We’ve had 17 actors announced, so far.

Goth will appear alongside an ensemble that includes Tom Holland, Zendaya, Anne Hathaway, Lupita Nyong’o, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron, Benny Safdie, Jon Bernthal, John Leguizamo, Elliot Page, Samantha Morton, Himesh Patel, and Bill Irwin.

EARLIER: Mia Goth (“Pearl”) is in talks to join the cast of Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey.” It’s just “talks” for now, and no deal has been sealed just yet. I’ll have an update if anything comes to fruition.

Goth recently finished production on Guillermo del Toro’s “Frankenstein,” and as far as I can tell, has no other project lined up for the next few months. She was last seen in Ti West’s “X” trilogy capper, “MaXXXine.”

It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that Goth could be the 15th actor to join “The Odyssey.” Given the vast amount of characters that populate Homer’s epic, I actually expect more announcements to come (Guy Pearce?)

Production on “The Odyssey” is set to begin in late February, with Universal slated to release the film in theaters, including IMAX screens, on July 17, 2026.
