Zombie in ‘28 Years Later' Trailer Isn't Cillian Murphy

December 12, 2024 Jordan Ruimy

British art dealer Angus Neill says he is the zombie from the ‘28 Years Later’ trailer, and not, as originally and widely suspected, Cillian Murphy. So, Murphy’s Jim hasn’t succumbed to the “rage virus,” he’s still not been infected, and will likely show up in human form as some point.

It should be noted that Murphy’s name is not included on the “28 Years Later” posters, though it is rumored he will have a very small role in the film, and its already-shot sequel, Nia DaCosta’s “28 Years Later: The Bone Temple.”

“28 Years Later” is released on June 20 and serves as the first part of a “28 Years Later” trilogy. The cast includes Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jodie Comer, Ralph Fiennes, Erin Kellyman, and Jack O’Connell.
