Reinaldo Marcus Green’s “Bob Marley: One Love” has delayed its January 12, 2024 release to Valentine’s Day 2024. The film test-screened in August and is said to be a cookie cutter biopic with a strong lead performance (Kingsley Ben-Adir). That seems to be the consensus, that’s it utterly conventional. The trailer made it look that way as well. They’re not even going for Oscars with this one.
Edward Berger seems to have settled on what comes next. His Lance Armstrong biopic, starring Austin Butler, is now holding casting calls, with production eyed for January.
