Canadian filmmaker Guy Maddin, the man behind “The Saddest Music In The World” and “My Winnipeg,” among many others, is one of the most eccentric filmmakers out there. His last dreamily stylized film was 2017’s “The Green Fog.” I’m being told Maddin will be shooting his first film in over 6 years this fall. This one is called “Rumors” and has set an October 9th production start. Shooting will be done in Hungary and Winnipeg.
