Sacha Baron Cohen was/is a comedic genius. He’s a pretty good actor too, having navigated between comedy and drama roles throughout his career. However, Cohen will always be a legend for creating Borat, Bruno, and Ali G for HBO's now-classic "Da Ali G Show." For his next project he’s decided to go back to his roots. Daniel Richtman is reporting that a new “Ali G” movie is in the works, or was pre-strike. Supposedly, Cohen has been secretly working on this one without much anybody noticing.
Still no distributor for "Bucking Fastard," "Alpha Gang," "The Last Photograph," "Closing Night," and "The Life and Deaths of Wilson Shedd." The issue seems to be quality more than a lack of willingness to buy.
