The news gets worse for “The Flash”. People ran with the $64 million opening weekend numbers, but it was reported today that the movie actually grossed $3 million less — $61 million is the actual total, per Warner Bros. ‘The Flash’ finished at number 1 this weekend, but it’s basically dead at this point. Another superhero movie underperforming. The masses are rebelling. What happened? My theory is a mix of bad reviews, superhero fatigue, DCEU messiness and Ezra Miller‘s baggage.
Still no distributor for "Bucking Fastard," "Alpha Gang," "The Last Photograph," "Closing Night," and "The Life and Deaths of Wilson Shedd." The issue seems to be quality more than a lack of willingness to buy.
