Hildur Guðnadóttir, the Oscar winning composer of “Joker,” not to mention “Tar,” is in a panic.
She tweeted that someone broke into her apartment and stole her one-of-a-kind instrument. It looks like some kind of electronic violin.
“Berlin music community — PLEASE HELP!!! Someone just broke in and stole my instrument. It has huge emotional value to me, but it is worthless to whoever now has it, as none of the electronics will work without the accompanying amplifiers etc. Please share this and help me find it!
This occured in Berlin. She’s currently working on the score for “Joker: Folie A Deux.” Some are saying this instrument is a key part of the score. Quick, someone call Batman!
