So, “Sicario 3” is in the works. Not just that, but producers Molly Smith and Trent Luckinbill are telling Collider that the original cast — Benicio del Toro, Emily Blunt and Josh Brolin — all want to come back. This is an upgrade compared to the underwhelming “Sicario 2: Day of the Soldado” — for which Blunt wasn’t a part of. No word yet on who the director will be, but I hope it’s not ‘Soldado’ helmer Stefano Sollima. I’m only interested in this one if Denis Villeneuve comes back.
