Here we go again …
The BA.5 is, supposedly, the most contagious COVID variant yet. This has kinda tied San Diego Comic-Con’s hands. And so, they finally relented this evening by announcing that everyone who attends this year’s event must wear a mask and have a vaccine pass.
Attendees who do not comply with the mask and Covid “health pass” requirements will be removed by security.
What does this mean for the fall fests, well, we’re not entirely sure yet, but panic seems to be starting up again. To be honest, I can’t see Venice enforcing any sort of health measures, but Toronto and Telluride? Most definitely.
