Steven Spielberg’s “West Side Story” is nominated for 7 Oscars, including Best Picture, but its lead actress Rachel Zegler says she wasn’t invited to attend next Sunday’s ceremony.
Zegler responded to a fan on Instagram asking what gown she was going to wear. Zegler replied: “I’m not invited so sweatpants and my boyfriend’s flannel.”
Add this to the pile-up of clusterfucks the Oscars and Disney have amassed these past few weeks. From what I can gather, most of the principal casts of the 10 nominated Best Picture nominees will be there, but not Maria!
