A report confirms that Martin Scorsese and crew will be headed back in May to shoot additional scenes for “Killers of the Flower Moon” in Osage County.
This aligns well with a recent confession from screenwriter Eric Roth that the film will be released in November. Maybe it’ll be pushed back by a month to December, who knows, but “Killers of the Flower Moon” is definitely going to be released this year.
I’m hearing Robert De Niro’s role in this one is quite chewy, maybe a ninth Oscar nomination is in order for him in 2023. Really, the whole film just feels like one big Oscar juggernaut waiting to happen.
