BAFTA, the British Academy, gave out their awards in London tonight. Anthony Hopkins and Frances McDormand won Best Actor and Best Actress, respectively. They didn’t show up via zoom to accept their awards. Why? Regardless, SAG winners Chadwick Boseman and Viola Davis will most certainly win the Oscars in those respective categories. “Nomadland” is almost a cinch to win Best Picture as well.
