John Waters' Top 10 Films of 2020 Topped By ‘Butt Boy'

I can never get enough of director John Waters — just the sheer fact that he is responsible for making “Pink Flamingos,” one of the most tasteless movies ever created, ranks him way up in my books.

Waters has posted up his top ten of 2020 on Baltimore Fishbowl. Butt Boy, directed by Tyler Cornack tops his list this year. A peculiar choice as the film hasn’t gained much traction since its release back in April. However, the synopsis does sound bonkers.

“A jaw-dropping, deadpan, bowel-bonkers thriller” about a heterosexual dad who turns into a serial killer and “inhales” his victims through his rear end, all following a routine visit to his proctologist. During several online conversations with his fans this summer, Waters marveled at the final scene, which takes place inside the man’s rectum”
