There have been many rumors as to what Christopher Nolan’s next film, set to be released in 2020, would be about, with many rumors having been debunked already. People have been shooting these rumors left and right, hoping one of them sticks, and yet, we still don’t what the damn thing is about. All we know is that the screenplay is so secretive that its star, Robert Pattinson, had to be locked up in a room to read the damn thing. He couldn’t even bring a physical copy home.
Well then, there’s a nice little tidbit of news that we got today, an actual description of the plot. THR is reporting that Nolan’s upcoming as-of-yet untitle, film will be an adventure spanning the globe that involves the time continuum, while also sharing some similarities with “Inception.”
There had been rumors of possible “North By Northwest” meets “Inception” influences. This description fits right into that mold. Time continuum being mentioned means that there would most likely be time travel involved, probably taking place in numerous countries. This latest rumor does seem Nolan-esque enough, I believe it, THR are a reliable source. The film is set to start shooting next month.
