One of the best moments of last night’s Oscars ceremony was Hayao Miyazaki winning the Oscar for “The Boy and the Heron.” He was, sadly, not at the ceremony, the 83-year-old master win in this category was music to my ears.

The 96th Academy Awards ceremony was held last night at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, and, as is always the case, year in and year out, the “In Memoriam” portion of the show was again botched with key names missing.
