The official X account for Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” has revealed our first look at Matt Damon who will indeed be playing Odysseus. He’s the lead of the film.
It also looks like Nolan is going for the traditional Greek setting rather than a modern interpretation. So, we’re getting our sword and sandals epic. Wise decision. Suffice to say, production has officially begun on “The Odyssey.” It hits theatres on July 17, 2026 via Universal.
