Rian Johnson has shared a first image of “Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery,” which has begun production in London.
Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc — now with long hair — can be seen, in black and white, sporting his usual snazzy suit. No plot details have so far been revealed for this third ‘Knives Out’ installment and I would imagine we won’t be getting much until its release date, set for 2025.
The cast for the film is immense and includes the likes of Craig, Jeremy Renner, Josh Brolin, Glenn Close, Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Josh O’Connor. Kerry Washington, Mila Kunis and Thomas Haden Church.
Netflix's website has quotes from Johnson where he seemingly confirms that O'Connor is getting the Ana de Armas/Janelle Monae role this time around. He’ll be playing second fiddle to Craig’s Benoit Blanc.
