EARLIER: I’m not saying that the upcoming “Waltzing With Brando,” still searching for a buyer, will be a good film, but it’s certainly off to a good start in terms of casting the right actor to play Marlon Brando.
Billy Zane might have landed his most attention-getting role in years as Brando. In first look images, he looks like the legendary actor’s twin on the set of ‘Waltzing’ which is being directed by music video guru Bill Fishman.
The film, an adaptation of Bernard Judge’s memoir of the same name, is reportedly set primarily from 1969 and 1974, during which Brando was preparing to star in “The Godfather” and “Last Tango in Paris” whilst making plans with Bernard Judge to create a paradise getaway on Tahiti.
