There’s already been a write-up for David Leitch’s “The Fall Guy” (03.01.24, Universal). A 3-minute trailer has now been released. It has the feel of a Ryan Reynolds Netflix-produced action movie, but starring better actors (Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt). Generic is the better word for it. The action looks well-orchestrated, but are we really supposed to take Gosling seriously as Lee Majors? A washed up stuntman trying to solve a crime …Also, what’s the deal with the entire movie being revealed here? Now we know what’s going to happen in the beginning, middle and end sections.
