‘Oppenheimer’ Teaser Leak Hints at Black and White Film

July 22, 2022 Jordan Ruimy

Here’s the teaser for Christopher Nolan’s “Oppenheimer.” Watch it, in rough quality, before it gets taken down.

Consider me underwhelmed by this.

It’s not the fact that it doesn’t show you much, but that it doesn’t necessarily have a pull to it. The good news is that it seems as though the footage being shown here is all in black and white. Was the entire movie shot in monochrome?

The teaser is said to be “stitched into" the beginning of Jordan Peele’s “Nope,” meaning that it plays right before Peele’s film begins, with no interludes or advertisements put in between.
