#MeToo Comes After Warren Beatty

November 9, 2022 Jordan Ruimy

A Louisiana woman, now 64 years-old, claims to have been sexually abused by Warren Beatty 49 years ago, when she was 15 and therefore a minor. The complainant has filed a lawsuit against Beatty, who is now 85.

Supposedly, Beatty and the plaintiff, Kristina Charlotte Hirsch, had a romantic fling throughout most of 1973, when Beatty was 35. It eventually evolved into a sexual relationship by the end of that year. And so, 49 years later, with #MeToo encouraging past victims of abuse to come forward, Hirsch has decided that 2022 was the year to finally confront this sordid chapter in her life.

Hirsch will fully take advantage of the California Child Victims Act, which allows survivors of any age to pursue justice, no matter how old they are, or when the abuse occurred, regardless of whether their abuser is alive or dead. Beatty is very much alive, married to partner Annette Benning for more than three decades now.

For the time being, no sides need to be taken here . Let’s wait out for the evidence and then come to our own conclusions. Beatty was well-known to be one of Hollywood’s legendary smooth operators. Peter Biskind's 2010 biography of the actor claimed he had slept with more than 13,000 women. Chances were that one of these 13,000+ were bound to accuse Beatty of something #MeToo era, the odds were stacked against him.

Mick Jagger, Gene Simmons, Charlie Sheen and Jack Nicholson are said to be in the 4000+ range. However, the champion in that department remains NBA legend Wilt Chamberlain with 20,000+ bedroom swoons.
