UPDATE: Let the speculation finally end. “Licorice Pizza” is OFFICIALLY 133 minutes.
There was mass confusion about the runtime for a month now. So what was it? 102 minutes (as per IMDB) or 128 minutes (as per AMC)? 133 it is.
This would mean that we’re in for a lot of hours at movie theatres this holiday season:
“Nightmare Alley” 139 minutes
“Don’t Look Up” 145 minutes
“House of Gucci” 150 minutes
“Licorice Pizza” 133 minutes
“West Side Story” doesn’t have a runtime, but, purely based on the play and 1961 original, that one could easily go past the 2 and a half hour mark.
Still no distributor for "Bucking Fastard," "Alpha Gang," "The Last Photograph," "Closing Night," and "The Life and Deaths of Wilson Shedd." The issue seems to be quality more than a lack of willingness to buy.
