‘Many Saints of Newark’ Continued …

We don’t go on posting rumours or innuendo on this site. That’s just not how we operate. There’s always a vetting of sources process that comes into the equation, like any credible journalism.

With that being said, the amount of negative mail I got from posting “The Many Saints of Newark’ to be Turned Into An HBO Series” on 10.03.21 was rather confounding. I stuck by the story, the source was very real and today we have HBO basically implying what I had reported weeks ago.

WarnerMedia executive Ann Sarnoff spoke to Deadline, revealing that the studio is currently in discussions with Chase about continuing the ‘Sopranos’ story in a new series for HBO Max.

‘Many Saints’ May have had middling box-office and reviews, but it was an absolute bonafide hit on HBO Max. Sarnoff talks about the film’s effect on HBO Max and how millions are hungry for Sopranos-related content.
