Woody Allen will begin shooting his next film this July likely in San Sebastian. The film will be financed by the Spanish production company, MediaPro. [El Diario Vasco reports]
Rumors on social media are pointing towards Isabelle Huppert, Javier Bardem, Alec Baldwin, and Dianne Wiest being part of the cast, but nothing has been confirmed as of now.

The news of Allen planning a new film comes just weeks after he filed a $68 million lawsuit against Amazon over the decision to terminate his contract with them. Allen claimed that Amazon had no “legal or factual basis” to terminate the deal and did so with the knowledge that their decision “would cause substantial damage to Mr. Allen,” according to the lawsuit.
