Ok, so what do we know so far about Ari Aster’s “Beau is Afraid”? I had it confirmed a few days ago that it is 179 minutes. As suspected, Aster snipped an hour from his earlier cut.

The trailer for Ari Aster’s “Beau is Afraid” has been unveiled by A24. It looks and feels like Charlie Kaufman’s “Synecdoche, New York.” It looks totally inaccessible (that’s a good thing).

Steven Soderbergh just dropped his annual seen/read list for 2022 and his logging shows that he’s watched David Fincher’s ”The Killer” four times in a week during the month of August.

Blumhouse founder Jason Blum is predicting this year’s Best Picture winner will be S.S. Rajamouli’s “RRR.” He has such passionate admiration for the film that he’s gone to publicly back it over any other contender.
