South Korea's Park Chan-Wook is a world-class filmmaker. Best known for “Oldboy,” and “The Handmaiden,” two indisputably great films, Park is about to embark into his first foray in American television.
Park's upcoming mini-series, the AMC/BBC spy drama “The Little Drummer Girl,” will premiere in back-to-back 60-minute episode increments on November 19th, 20th and 21st. That's the show's full six hours all revealed in a span of three days on AMC. The series stars Florence Pugh, Alexander Skarsgård and Michael Shannon. Need we say more?

"Set in the late 1970s, the pulsating thriller follows Charlie (Pugh), a fiery actress and idealist whose resolve is tested after she meets the mysterious Becker (Skarsgård,) while on holiday in Greece. It quickly becomes apparent that his intentions are not what they seem, and her encounter with him entangles her in a complex plot devised by the spy mastermind Kurtz (Shannon). Charlie takes on the role of a lifetime as a double agent while remaining uncertain of her own loyalties."
