Summer Movie Blues?

Is there anything this summer movie season that actually has you excited? I can't think of much. Maybe "Mission: Impossible - Fallout" for the stunts alone, and
"The Incredibles 2." The rest looks dispensable. Remakes, reboots, sequels, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. There's no humanism whatsoever. I remember a time when even in the summer, Hollywood would give us a few artistic statements. Just look at 20 years ago, 1998, that summer Hollywood released - Saving Private Ryan, The Truman Show, Mulan, There's Something About Mary, Out of Sight, Bulworth, The Negotiator, The Mask of Zorro, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Buffalo 66, and Blade.
