Wonder Woman Is A major Hit With Over $100 Million Opening

Due to my being at Cannes I missed the "Wonder Woman" press screening, ditto "The Fate of the Furious" and "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales," not that I hold any hope for the latter titles to be good, but I will be catching a matinee of the former this Tuesday. These "Wonder Woman" reviews, mostly all good, but not great positives, have me excited for some fun summer escapism. It is listed as 140 minutes. Its domestic $100M opening is exciting, here's a superhero movie made by a female director about  a female heroine. Wow, who'da thunk it. Meanwhile, Lebanon is still holding on to their ban due to WW lead, Gal Gadot, being an Israeli. Good job guys, keep thinking progressively ....
